"We toyed with so many possibilities and even had advanced teaching aides built as prototypes. Although these initiatives can have an effect, after much discussion and planning, we decided that pushing technology onto schools involves too much red tape and slows down our ability to make an impact. We have a budget and we want to spend it wisely” says Dr Charles Pritchard, Entelect founder and CEO. “After all, Entelect’s Engineers are all extremely privileged, possessing high quality degrees at leading universities. We are actually the best qualified to offer this support to children in need, so who better to start with than our extended staff communities. What people need first is hands on mentorship and support, with some basic financial assistance – fancy technology can follow after basic needs are met.”
