Diversification of offerings from the traditional development services based on the Java and .NET platforms, to the introduction of Business Analysis, Business Intelligence, Oracle and SQL development services.

Pritchard also confirmed that Entelect will continue to invest in foundation initiatives and product research & development, however the largest area of investment will remain in staff initiatives and improving the well-being of Entelect staff.
