Shashi Hansjee

Chief Executive Officer

Shashi is passionate about getting the best out of people and helping businesses to succeed through excellence in strategy and leadership. His goal is to make Entelect a global leader in technology services by creating an environment where the best technology professionals can thrive and grow, while formulating and delivering technology solutions that help great businesses to become more.

Shashi holds a Master’s in Engineering from the University of the Witwatersrand and started his career as an analyst developer. His strategic mindset, strong leadership abilities and drive for continual improvement have been crucial in making Entelect what it is today.

Adrian Maritz

Managing Director: Netherland

Adrian joined the Entelect team in Cape Town in 2017, and was responsible for significant achievements in both business growth and company culture in the region. Adrian and his team built an excellent reputation with customers through consistent implementations and establishing strong relationships.

In 2022, Adrian moved to Amsterdam to head up Entelect Netherlands, leveraging his experience in South Africa, with ambitions to shape and grow Entelect people and services in Europe.

Adrian has a degree in Computer Science from the University of Cape Town and solid experience in the banking, financial services, renewable energy and educational markets.

Timothy Kroon

Chief Operating Officer

As Entelect’s COO, Tim leads the operational teams in the business, and oversees delivery across our customers and projects. Tim has been at the centre of building and scaling a world-class delivery culture that focuses on sustainable customer success and getting things done, as the business continues to grow globally.

By raising the bar and having a big picture view on problems, Tim works with the leadership team at Entelect to ensure that the business is tracking on its strategic goals. Tim holds a BSc Honours in Information Technology from the University of Cape Town and started his career as a software engineer at Entelect.

Daniel Manyemwe

Chief Customer Officer

Daniel enjoys connecting with people, and as CCO, his focus is building lasting and meaningful relationships with Entelect’s customer base. By driving customer-centric thinking that aligns our customers’ success with our own, Daniel creates a sustainable growth mindset across the leadership team. This philosophy is enabled across all of our customers, through the Account Executive team that he heads up.

Having spent 7 years in a leadership function delivering end-to-end, enterprise software solutions, Daniel is uniquely positioned to support Entelect’s customers on their major technology initiatives. He graduated from the University of Cape Town in 2007 with a BSc in IT and Computer Engineering, and has been with Entelect for over a decade.
